One of the world's gems. The largest inland body of water. Home to many different peoples and cultures including the Buryats, descendants of Ghengis Kahn. We'll ride the Trans-Siberian Railway and see stunning Buddist temples and wilderness areas for the naturalist and photographer to enjoy.
Montserrat - Caribbean
A tiny jewel in the Caribbean that has struggled economically since a volcanic eruption destroyed half the island a decade ago. A lovely place with friendly people. The opportunity to participate in scientific study and coral reef research makes this tour special, indeed.

Canyons of the SW US
